Job Description
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy Development: Craft and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for kiosks in multiple segments such as banking, healthcare, industrial etc.- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales tactics and product positioning.- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize sales efforts.- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of kiosk products and services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.- Promotional Activities: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns and events to drive kiosk sales.- Operational Oversight: Ensure kiosks are operationally efficient, fully stocked, and visually appealing to maximize customer engagement and sales.Required Skills:- Excellent Selling Skills- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Customer relationship management expertise- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management softwareCompetencies:- Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills- Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic business environment- Strong organizational and time management capabilities (ref:updazz.com)
