Sales Executive Field Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Visits & Relationship Building

• Visit existing and potential customers daily as per the assigned beat plan or territory.
• Build strong relationships with clients, retailers, distributors, or end-users.
• Understand customer requirements, offer solutions, and respond to objections effectively.

2. Product/Service Promotion

• Promote company products/services to customers in the assigned area.
• Give product demonstrations, share brochures, explain pricing, and highlight unique selling points (USPs).
• Assist customers in placing orders and ensure timely delivery coordination.

3. Sales Target Achievement

• Achieve individual sales targets (monthly/quarterly) as defined by the company.
• Generate and convert leads into business by visiting shops, offices, or households (depending on product type).
• Maximize sales productivity through smart planning and daily execution.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily reports on visits, leads generated, orders taken, and payments collected.
• Update CRM apps, Google Sheets, or manual reports as instructed.
• Share market feedback, customer trends, and competitor activity with managers.

5. Field Coordination & Support

• Coordinate with back-office, delivery, or operations teams for order processing and delivery.
• Follow up with customers for payments, repeat orders, or service requests.
• Attend weekly review meetings and training sessions as required.
