Required Sales Executive - Hyderabad

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a keen understanding of digital trends, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients. Your main goal will be to generate leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.&

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify potential customers through online research, databases, networking, cold calls, social media, and referrals.
• Use platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Upwork, and freelance job boards to scout for business opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and actively follow up on all leads and inquiries.

2. Client Communication & Sales Pitching

• Explain the features and benefits of web services such as:
  • Website design and development (static/dynamic/WordPress/eCommerce)
  • SEO and digital marketing packages
  • Social media marketing
  • Website maintenance and hosting
  • Branding and UI/UX design
• Conduct virtual or face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their business needs.
• Customize proposals and present tailored solutions to clients effectively.

3. Quotation, Negotiation & Closing

• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and service agreements .
• Negotiate pricing, packages, timelines, and deliverables with clients while ensuring company margins.
• Handle objections and convert leads into confirmed projects or retainers.

4. Post-Sale Coordination

• Coordinate with the technical team to ensure smooth project onboarding and delivery.
• Act as a point of contact between the client and internal project team.
• Follow up for payments, documents, content, and client approvals.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain updated records of calls, meetings, client information, and deal status using CRM or sales tracking sheets.
• Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports for review with management.
• Stay informed about competitor offerings and market trends.
