Job Description
Job Summary:- We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Area Sales Manager to develop and manage our dealer network in the North region.
-The ideal candidate will have experience selling furnishing products, such as blinds, wallcoverings, rugs, fabrics, or other interior products, to a dealer network.Key Responsibilities:1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets.2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential dealers.3. Identify and acquire new dealers to expand our network.4. Provide product training and support to dealers.5. Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.6. Develop and lead a team of 2 sales professionals.7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service.Requirements:1. 5 years of sales experience in the furnishing industry, preferably with a focus on dealer network sales.2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding dealer networks.3. Experience selling products such as blinds, wallcoverings, rugs, fabrics, or other interior products.4. Strong knowledge of the furnishing industry, market trends, and competitors.5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.6. Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.7. Bachelor s degree in a related field.Preferred Candidates :1. Experience working in the same industry.2. Existing relationships with dealers and distributors in the North region.What We Offer :1.
