Online Marketing & Lead Generation through content creation on social media platforms.
Implement Sales strategies.& &
Generating sales on WhatsApp, In-store, Leveraging Live feature on Instagram.
Acquiring and retaining customers.

Key Responsibilities

1. Online Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Create, manage, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and execute social media campaigns to generate leads and build brand visibility.
  • Use Instagram Live and Stories effectively for product demonstrations, behind-the-scenes content, Q&A sessions, and promotions.
  • Build and maintain an active online community to engage with potential customers and generate organic leads.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on engagement, reach, clicks, and conversion data.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and product teams to develop compelling digital marketing materials.

2. Sales Strategy Implementation

  • Assist in developing and implementing online and offline sales strategies in alignment with company goals.
  • Utilize data and customer feedback to refine sales approaches and improve lead-to-conversion ratios.
  • Coordinate promotions, offers, and product launches on digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align online efforts with in-store promotions and branding.
  • Monitor competitor activity and suggest improvements to current strategies.

3. WhatsApp-Based Selling

  • Manage and grow sales through WhatsApp Business by handling inquiries, sending product catalogs, and following up with leads.
  • Build personalized communication flows for different customer segments.
  • Maintain contact lists and message templates to streamline communication.
  • Use WhatsApp as a CRM tool to provide a seamless buying experience and after-sales support.

4. In-Store Sales Support

  • Work with in-store teams to understand customer preferences and apply insights to online marketing.
  • Drive online-to-offline traffic by promoting in-store events, discounts, and offers via digital channels.
  • Help bridge the gap between the digital experience and physical customer service.

5. Customer Acquisition & Retention

  • Develop lead nurturing campaigns and remarketing strategies to increase customer lifetime value.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
  • Develop loyalty programs and retention initiatives to maintain and grow the existing customer base.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers via personalized communication and timely responses.
