What You Will Do : Customer Relationship Management : Maintain and enhance customer relationships. New Account Registration : Process customer registration through Forms. Issue Resolution : Address and resolve customer concerns. Making and Sending Quotations : Prepare quotations for required articles and services. New Lead Generation : Communicate with leads to arranging meetings and secure new business opportunities. Sales Operations : Oversee daily sales coordination & operations. Repeat Business : Encourage and manage repeat customer sales. Upselling & Cross-Selling : Identify additional sales opportunities. Lead Management : Generate and convert sales leads. Pipeline Management : Manage the sales pipeline effectively. What We Expect of You - Bachelor s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
