Job Description
As a Key Account Manager (KAM) in the ecommerce process, your primary role is to manage and grow relationships with key brands and sellers while ensuring smooth operations on the platform. Here are the key responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for key brands and sellers.- Managing and growing a company s most important B2B customers and large accounts in a systematic way to maximize value for both organizations- Drive revenue growth by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.- Analyse sales trends and market insights to create growth strategies for partner brands.- Ensure seamless onboarding of new brands and sellers.- Monitor stock availability, pricing, and logistics to prevent supply chain issues.- Identify opportunities for inventory optimization and demand forecasting.- Ensure brands and sellers receive timely support and issue resolution.- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience on the platform.Qualification:- MBA Freshers- 1-year exp Any graduatesLanguage Proficiency:- Fluent in English (Versant Level 4)- Fluent in HindiCTC:- 25,000/- for freshers - 30,000/- for Experienced CandidatesKey Requirements:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.- Ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver exceptional service.- Flexible to work in rotational shifts.- Strong account management & relationship-building skills (ref:updazz.com)
