Role Description
This is a full-time/part time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant at The Arena by Vivaan Parashar. The role will be based in Mumbai but work from home is mostly acceptable. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as providing administrative support, managing phone communications with proper etiquette, effective communication, executive administrative assistance, some social media skills and utilizing clerical skills.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills

Phone Etiquette and Communication skills

Clerical Skills

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous

Social Media knowledge& Basic ability to use canva or other AI based creative tools
