Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from taking qualified appointments to closing new business. The ideal candidate is a master relationship-builder and a skilled negotiator who thrives on exceeding targets and driving revenue.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations with qualified leads provided by the Appointment Setting team.
Deeply understand client needs and pain points to present tailored solutions.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective clients.
Create, present, and negotiate compelling proposals and contracts.
Skillfully manage the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Success, Product) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Keep the CRM system [e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot] updated with all sales activities and deal statuses.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape.

Qualifications and Skills:
3 years of proven experience in a B2B or B2C sales closing role, with a documented track record of exceeding targets.
Experience is highly preferred.
Expertise in managing the full sales cycle from discovery to close.
Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
.Strong consultative selling approach and problem-solving abilities.
Highly self-motivated, with a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with CRM software [e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot] is a must.
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
