Required Receptionist - Delhi

We 're seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team! As the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, you 'll be responsible for managing the front desk, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction & Front Desk Management

• Greet walk-in customers with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and guide customers on menu items, prices, delivery timings, and customization options.
• Maintain a tidy and inviting reception area that reflects Cake 24x7 s brand values.
• Provide prompt and courteous service to every customer, ensuring a positive impression of the store.

Order Management

• Assist customers in placing cake orders both custom and ready-made at the counter or over the phone.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and delivery teams to ensure accuracy and timely preparation of orders.
• Track and update the status of ongoing and upcoming orders.
• Handle last-minute requests or complaints with professionalism and problem-solving skills.

Administrative & Clerical Tasks

• Maintain customer records, order logs, and daily reports.
• Handle basic billing and issue receipts for walk-in orders.
• Manage appointment schedules for cake pickups and deliveries.
• Help with stock checks for front-desk items (bags, order forms, gift cards, etc.).

Internal Coordination

• Communicate effectively with bakers, decorators, and delivery personnel to ensure seamless order execution.
• Alert the manager of any service issues, inventory shortages, or unusual customer feedback.
