- Job Title: Key Account Manager - D2C (Performance Retention P&L)- Location: Dehradun- Salary: 10L - 15L CTC Performance Incentives ESOPS- Experience: 5-7 years in D2C growth, performance marketing, and revenue ownership- Reporting To: Head of Growth/FoundersAbout Kiwi Kisan Window:Kiwi Kisan Window is a fast-growing - omnichannel FMCG brand- offering 250 clean-label food products across:- Categories: Kitchen essentials, healthy snacks, beverages- Channels: D2C website, 8 retail stores (scaling to 35), Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart- Specialty: Corporate gifting, subscription kits, and regional flavor innovation- Featured on -Shark Tank India - Season 4, Episode 5, we are scaling our D2C vertical 10x and need a strong KAM to lead this mission.Role Overview:This is a - revenue-owning, full-stack D2C growth role- . You will be responsible for driving website sales via - Meta Ads, Google Ads- , and - WhatsApp/Email Retention (via Bitespeed or Klaviyo)- while owning the - entire P &L of the D2C channel- .You ll collaborate with performance marketers, content/design teams, and product ops to grow traffic, improve conversion, and drive repeat purchases.Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):1. Own the D2C Revenue & P&L:- Drive topline growth across new and returning customers- Monitor CAC, AOV, LTV, ROAS, and payback period- Improve gross margins through conversion-focused merchandising and bundling- Weekly reporting on channel health and growth levers2. Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads):- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, Shopping & YouTube- Test creatives, audiences, and landing pages to optimize CAC and ROAS- Collaborate with design & content for performance-first assets- Run funnel-wide campaigns (awareness, consideration, conversion, remarketing) 3. Retention Marketing (WhatsApp, Email, SMS):- Manage Bitespeed or Klaviyo to drive retention and reorders- Build lifecycle automations (welcome, reorder, cart abandon, birthday, win-back)- Segment customers by RFM, behavior, and LTV for precision campaigns- Run monthly calendar of broadcasts and product storytelling flows4.
