Health Insurance Executive

We are looking candidate for a& & HSC candidate with experience in life and health insurance& TataAig health versant 3 Fixed shift 9: 30 to 6:30 Rotational off& Work location : Airoli (Mumbai),& Notice period : Immediate to 15 days. Interested candidate can apply& Key Responsibilities:

1. Policy and Plan Management:
   • Develop, review, and update health insurance products and policies in line with market trends, customer needs, and regulatory guidelines.
   • Evaluate existing insurance plans for competitiveness, profitability, and efficiency.
   • Coordinate with actuarial teams to define premiums, risk factors, and plan structures.
2. Client Relationship Management:
   • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, policyholders, and corporate accounts.
   • Address inquiries, resolve disputes, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
   • Present plan options and explain benefits, coverage details, and exclusions to clients in a clear and professional manner.
3. Sales and Business Development:
   • Drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities and expanding the client base.
   • Work with marketing and sales teams to design campaigns, generate leads, and close sales.
   • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings with potential clients.
4. Regulatory Compliance:
   • Ensure that all health insurance operations adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
   • Keep up to date with changes in healthcare laws, insurance regulations, and government policies affecting insurance coverage and claims.
   • Coordinate with legal and compliance departments to manage regulatory filings and audits.
5. Claims and Underwriting Oversight:
   • Collaborate with claims departments to ensure timely and fair processing of health insurance claims.
   • Work with underwriters to assess and manage risk effectively.
   • Monitor trends in claims data to identify areas of concern or improvement.
6. Team Management and Leadership:
   • Supervise and mentor a team of insurance advisors, account managers, and support staff.
   • Set performance targets, conduct evaluations, and provide training to improve knowledge and productivity.
   • Foster a culture of teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement within the department.
7. Strategic Planning and Reporting:
   • Contribute to the strategic planning and long-term vision of the health insurance division.
   • Analyze market data, prepare reports, and provide insights to executive leadership on trends, profitability, and customer behavior.
   • Develop KPIs and monitor performance against goals.
