About the Role :We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in webpage design & management, content creation, and social media marketing. The ideal candidate will have experience crafting compelling web and social content, designing visuals, digital and content templates and managing website performance to enhance our brand presence.Key Responsibilities : Webpage Creation & Management - Design, manage, and update web pages using CMS tools (WordPress, Webflow, or similar).- Optimize website UX/UI and ensure responsiveness.- Monitor website performance and suggest improvements. Content Design & Copywriting - Create visually engaging designs using Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or other tools.- Develop compelling webpage copy, blog posts, and marketing content that aligns with brand messaging.- Maintain brand consistency across all digital assets. Social Media & Digital Marketing - Develop and execute social media content strategies across LinkedIn, Twitter, YT and Reddit.- Write engaging copy for social posts, ads, and campaigns.- Monitor social media trends and engagement metrics to optimize performance.Qualifications & Skills :- 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, content design, and web management.
-Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and content management tools.
-Strong copywriting skills for webpages, blogs, and social media.
-Hands-on experience with website CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
-Familiarity with SEO best practices and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
