Our mission is to provide consumer goods brands with effective digital strategies, utilizing a range of tools such as websites, promotions, gamification, analytics, SEO, and targeted brand engagement through events and webinars.We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and results-driven Assistant Marketing Manager who is eager to support and contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and event promotion strategies.Responsibilities- Assist in daily social media management and content creation for the company s channels.- Support digital marketing efforts and SEO strategies to enhance the company and event visibility.- Coordinate and execute email marketing campaigns for conferences and company promotions.- Collaborate with internal teams to manage event communications and contribute to generating leads and new partnerships.- Assist in creating and proofreading website updates and event materials at different stages of the conference lifecycle.- Help manage promotional activities and multi-channel marketing initiatives including email, print, and data mailing.- Contribute to content creation for brochures, direct mail, event guides, magazine ads, and web content.- Work with external partners to meet deadlines and ensure effective marketing deliverables.- Assist with media deals, direct marketing, and social media campaigns.- Help with database segmentation and filtering to target the right audience effectively.- Support in planning, copywriting, and proofreading marketing materials.Candidate Requirements- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B events or conference production organization.- Graduation degree or equivalent in Marketing, Social Sciences, Humanities, Languages, or a similar discipline.- Fluent in written and spoken English with excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.- Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.- Strong initiative and proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of projects.- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment.- Ability to work well as part of a team and coordinate across departments.- Excellent IT skills, proficient in both Windows and Mac operating systems (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, Excel, Word, Outlook).- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with internal teams and external partners.- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.- Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and able to adjust working hours as required.Our CommitmentWe value a diverse workforce and are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every individual can thrive.
