Job Description
JOB PURPOSE: 1. Develop the brand in the International Market. 2. Develop new international customers to drive growth. 3. Manage the business with high profitability and volume. 4. Manage and train the Exports Team. 5. Exports Strategy, Business Plan, Forecasting & Planning. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:1. Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and markup factors. 2. Negotiate contracts with customers to manage export business, establish distribution networks, and develop distribution strategies. 3. Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sales and profitability of the business. 4. Analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends. 5. Ensure payment collection as per agreed terms. Relevant and total years of Experience 1. 10 Years of Experience Handling International Business in Europe and North America for industrial products.2. Business development experience of bearings in international markets.3. Candidates from industrial equipment like bearings, lubricants, compressors, Machine tool components, etc. are welcome to apply. 4. Preference will be given to the candidates with bearing background.
