Data Entry And Admin Executive

Job Summary: The Data Entry and Admin Executive plays a vital role in supporting the administrative and data management functions within an organization. This dual-role position involves the accurate entry, processing, and management of data as well as handling various administrative duties to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently, maintaining high accuracy and confidentiality standards. This position requires a proactive individual with a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Entry Responsibilities:

• Accurately input data into internal systems, databases, and spreadsheets from various sources such as forms, reports, and scanned documents.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of entered data by performing routine checks and validations.
• Identify and correct errors in data entry and report any inconsistencies to the appropriate department or supervisor.
• Organize and maintain structured electronic files and records for easy access and retrieval.
• Generate periodic data reports and summaries as requested by management or other departments.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data in accordance with company policies.

2. Administrative Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the management and various departments within the organization.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, calls, and postal mail.
• Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation both in physical and digital formats.
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and official communications.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary to ensure smooth operations.
• Support HR, finance, and operations teams with clerical tasks such as filing, printing, scanning, and photocopying.
• Help coordinate company events, training sessions, or onboarding activities.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Data Accuracy: Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data entered is complete and accurate.
• Typing Speed: Fast and accurate typing skills, with a recommended minimum speed of 40 50 words per minute.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook; knowledge of database and administrative software is a plus.
• Organization: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and take initiative in proposing or implementing solutions.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:
