Job Description
We are hiring for Assistant Manager- Business Development and Tendering Job title - Assistant Manager- Business Development and TenderingExperience - 8-10 Years Qualification - Any graduate Industry - Facility management services only, not considerable from other industry working days - 6 Days Location - Pune Key Responsibilities:Tender Management:- Manage the entire bid lifecycle: pre-bid analysis, RFP/RFQ evaluation, solution design, costing, and submission- Collaborate with OEMs, technology partners, and internal teams to prepare competitive proposals- Ensure full compliance with all technical, legal, and commercial requirements for government tendersDomain Expertise & Solution Design:- Design integrated solutions for Access Control, CCTV Surveillance, Command & Control, Fire & Intrusion Detection, and IT Infrastructure- Evaluate and propose advanced technologies such as AI, facial recognition, ANPR, VMS, etc., for security and smart infrastructure projectsProject Execution & O&M Oversight:- Oversee execution of projects including civil work, installation, commissioning, and system integration- Define SLAs, SOPs, and maintenance schedules for long-term operational performanceStakeholder Engagement:- Liaise with government authorities (Port Trusts, Police HQs, Municipal Corporations) and consultants to secure technical and administrative approvals- Represent the organization in site visits, technical presentations, and project reviewsTeam Leadership:- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, project managers, and technicians- Guide junior staff in tendering strategies, technical insights, and project executionQualifications & Experience:- Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Electronics, Electrical, IT, Security Systems, or related Engineering fields- 10-15 years of experience in large-scale electronic security, access control, and surveillance system projects- Proven track record in handling government/PSU tenders, particularly under BOM or PPP models- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements, cyber-security in surveillance, and integration standards- Prior experience in Smart City, Port Security, or other critical infrastructure projects is a strong advantageKey Skills:- Tendering & Bid Management- Technical Solution Design & System Integration- Project Execution & Operations Management- Government Liaison & Compliance- Budgeting & Vendor Management- Team Leadership- Strong Communication & Negotiation SkillsIf you are interested , please share the updated cv on and contact us 9311973916 (ref:updazz.com)
