Job Description
- Proactively research and identify new potential customers and decision-makers through cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.)- Qualify inbound leads and set appointments or demos for Account Executives- Maintain a high volume of daily activities including cold calls, emails, and social touches- Manage and update lead information in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)- Collaborate with marketing to develop lead generation strategies and campaigns- Track key metrics and meet weekly/monthly quotas for outreach and qualified opportunities- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and servicesRequirements- 1 year of experience in a sales or customer-facing role (internships or retail sales experience may be considered)- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Self-starter with a proactive and results-oriented mindset- Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude- Comfortable using CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo)- Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience preferred (ref:updazz.com)
