Candidates with 5&ndash7 years of experience and an engineering background B.E. are preferred. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads 2. Develop and maintain strong client relationships 3. Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions 4. Collaborate with internal teams for proposal creation and project execution 5. Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets 6. Conduct market research and competitor analysis 7. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management 8. Represent the company in client meetings and industry events Required Qualifications & Skills: 1. Bachelor&rsquos Degree in Engineering B.E. 2. 5&ndash7 years of experience in business development or sales preferably B2B/Industrial sector 3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills 4. Proven track record of achieving business targets 5.
