Required Receptionist - Coimbatore

We are currently looking to hire a Receptionist in Coimbatore. Job Description: A receptionist is the first point of contact for an organization, responsible for creating a positive first impression. Key duties typically include:

• Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
• Managing the front desk area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Assisting with general administrative tasks, such as data entry, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
• Providing basic and accurate information in person and over the phone.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background: A high school diploma (12th pass) or any degree is generally required.
