Job Description:The Field Sales Specialists is responsible for driving the growth and success of the assigned region by recruiting, managing, and developing a team of high-performing agents. This role plays a critical part in achieving sales targets while ensuring adherence to company policies and compliance standards.Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, onboard, and train agents to establish a robust and efficient network in the designated region.
-Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to improve agent performance and ensure the achievement of sales targets.
-Provide continuous mentorship, guidance, and performance evaluations to agents, fostering their professional growth and optimizing productivity.
-Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and identify potential growth opportunities for the business.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure agents receive the necessary resources, support, and tools for success.
-Ensure strict adherence to company policies, compliance guidelines, and regulatory standards at all times.Qualifications & Experience:- A Bachelor s degree in any discipline is required.
-A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within the insurance industry.
