Job Description:The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth in a specific region by recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team of financial advisors. This individual will be focused on achieving sales targets, fostering agent development, and capitalizing on new business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and recruit financial advisors to build a strong team; provide training and resources to help agents succeed.- Develop comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed targets; adjust plans based on market analysis and performance metrics.- Offer regular coaching, feedback, and support to agents to enhance their skills and performance.- Continuously monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to adjust business tactics effectively.- Guide agents on effective approaches to target and acquire high-value clients, driving business growth.Qualifications & Experience:- Must have completed graduation (mandatory).
-Minimum of 2 years in sales and marketing, preferably with experience in team management.- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a team to success.
