Job Description
Key Responsibilities:&
Identify and target potential clients in the education, publishing, ed-tech, and corporate training sectors.&
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate animation solutions (2D/3D, elearning modules, explainer videos, etc.).&
Pitch and present service offerings through meetings, emails, calls, and video demos.&
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and clients.&
Collaborate with the production and creative teams to create customized proposals and pricing models.&
Manage end-to-end sales process including lead generation, negotiation, closure, and after-sales support.&
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to the company s growth strategy.&
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.&

Requirements:&
Minimum 2 5 years of sales experience in the e-learning/animation/creative production industry.&
Strong understanding of animation workflows, e-learning content types, and industry deliverables.&
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.&
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.&
Ability to understand creative briefs and convert them into business opportunities.&
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.&
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic project documentation.&

Preferred Qualifications:&
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Media, or related field.&
Prior experience in dealing with schools, publishers, ed-tech companies, or production houses.&
Knowledge of animation production cycles (storyboard, animatic, VO, animation, post- production).&
Salary- 2.4 LPA- 3.6 LPA&
Gender- Female Preferred&
Working Days- 6 days&
Timings- 10 AM-7 PM
