This role requires a dynamic sales professional who can drive business growth, manage key customer relationships, and lead a high-performing sales team in the assigned region.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Growth:- Achieve sales targets and expand market share for Orthopedic & Rheumatology products.- Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize revenue.- Identify and develop new business opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.Customer & Market Engagement:- Build and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, rheumatologists, hospital administrators, and pharmacies.- Conduct product presentations, training, and promotional activities for healthcare professionals.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies.Team Leadership & Recruitment:- Lead, train, and manage the sales team to achieve performance targets.- Recruit, onboard, and retain top-performing sales professionals to strengthen the team.- Provide coaching, motivation, and performance feedback to drive team success.Compliance & Reporting:- Ensure adherence to pharmaceutical industry regulations and company policies.- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and market intelligence data.- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, medical affairs, regulatory) to align business goals.Qualifications & Requirements:Education:- Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.- Additional certifications in Sales or Healthcare Management are a plus.Experience:- 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in Orthopedics or Rheumatology.- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and managing a team.Skills & Competencies:- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
