Key responsibilities include:- Manage and grow sales of Catalyst and Antioxidant products across assigned regions.- Develop strong relationships with key clients in the chemical industry.- Identify new business opportunities and work towards expanding market share.- Conduct market research, analyze competitor activities, and report trends.- Collaborate with internal teams such as logistics, technical, and product development.- Provide timely sales reports and forecasts to the management team.- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and support.- Staying informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to effectively position our company in the market and maintain a competitive edge.Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:Job Requirements:- 3 to 5 years of sales experience in Catalysts and/or Antioxidants.- Strong preference for candidates from the Chemical Industry.- MBA (Sales/Marketing or related field) preferred.- Salary ranging from 4 LPA-9.5 LPA- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage client information, track leads, and monitor sales performance.- Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.- Adaptability to adjust sales tactics based on client feedback and evolving market demands.Success Criteria:To be successful in this role, we expect you to:- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, demonstrating the ability to drive consistent revenue growth.- Show an increase in client portfolio size and retention rates, reflecting the ability to maintain and nurture long-term client relationships.- Deliver exceptional customer service, earning positive client feedback and reinforcing the company s reputation.- Actively contribute to team objectives and maintain accurate CRM records to ensure accessible and reliable information across departments.
