Account Manager - Sales - IT (2-3 Yrs) Mumbai (IT Sales)

- Drive Business Development activities, Business growth with existing accounts- Farm and generate new business from aligned clients- Understand the offerings and USP of Co.- Build and develop account plan for Mining- Handle multiple clients simultaneously including negotiation with large enterprise clients- Map and build relationships with key customer stakeholders- Handle all operational activities including contractual and invoicing- Coordinate with pre-sales and delivery team for proposal and pre-sales activities- Build and maintain adequate pipeline to meet quarterly targets- Deal and account margin management and tracking- Flexibility to travel within India at least twice a month- Ability to operate remotely and work with distributed teams- Proven track record of working and achieving targets by mining aligned accounts- Candidate should have achieved the target of 2-3 crores quarterly or annually- Experience in handling multiple mid-large size firms in this space (~ USD 100M revenue sized firms) simultaneously- Ability to understand Co. offerings & USP, and explain it to prospects - understand the products or services, their features, benefits and pricing details.- Excellent verbal and written communication- Proficient in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint and Word- Experience in making proposals, pricing- Conduct client meetings and presentations- Understand QA process and tools, experience in IT services and product b/g- Ability to liaise with internal stakeholders including recruitment team for fulfilment of opportunityKey Competencies:- Leadership, working in ambiguity, ability to work independently- Problem solver, meticulous and result orientedQualifications:- MBA in Sales, Marketing- Experience in IT services industry (ref:updazz.com)
