Job Description
HIRING NOW REAL ESTATE SALES EXECUTIVE!

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Source potential clients via cold calls, walk-ins, online platforms, and referrals.
Schedule and follow up on client meetings and site visits.
Client Interaction & Need Analysis
Conduct face-to-face and telephonic discussions to understand clients ' requirements, budget, and location preferences.
Property Presentation & Site Visits
Conduct property tours; present key features, USPs, pricing, and project amenities.
Sales Coordination & Closure Support
Coordinate with the internal sales team to prepare proposals, pricing, and assist in negotiation and closure.
CRM & Follow-ups

Required Skills

Technical & Industry Skills
  • Strong understanding of the real estate market, property laws, and transaction processes.
  • Knowledge of property valuation, investment analysis, and financing options.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and property listing platforms.
Sales & Negotiation Skills
  • Ability to pitch properties convincingly and handle objections effectively.
  • Strong persuasion and deal-closing abilities.
  • Expertise in managing client expectations and finding win-win solutions.
Communication Skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in the required language(s).
  • Active listening to understand client requirements.
  • Confident and engaging presentation skills during property tours.
Organizational Skills
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
  • Strong follow-up skills to convert leads into sales.
  • Attention to detail in documentation and client interactions.
