Titan - Store Manager (5-12 Yrs) Hyderabad (B2C/Retail/Channel Sales)

Key Responsibilities:Sales & Operations:- Create and execute annual business and manpower plans.- Drive and monitor sales performance; ensure adherence to financial and operational targets.- Manage store staffing, performance reviews, and compliance with company standards.- Oversee stock levels, ageing stock, merchandising, and product mix optimization.Marketing & Customer Engagement:- Develop retail marketing strategies and BTL (Below the Line) activities.- Conduct customer engagement events and feedback collection.- Manage implementation of national and regional schemes.Team Management:- Recruit, train, and develop store staff.- Conduct training need analyses and coordinate with HR.- Build and sustain high-performing, diverse, and engaged teams.- Plan succession for critical roles.Compliance & Administration:- Ensure compliance with financial, operational, and ethical standards.- Manage store audits, reports, and commercial documentation.- Handle customer complaints as per policy.Requirements:Education: Graduate.Experience: 10-12 years in retail sector, including 4-5 years in a luxury role.Skills: Customer focus, team building, relationship management, and impact-driven leadership.Knowledge Areas: Sales, retail operations, stakeholder management.
