2. Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Revenue Management

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales to achieve business targets.
• Analyze sales reports and develop strategies to increase revenue and profitability .
• Identify slow-moving products and develop promotional offers to boost sales.
• Implement cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize customer spending.

B. Customer Service & Experience

• Ensure high-quality customer service and handle escalated complaints effectively.
• Monitor customer feedback and take corrective actions to improve satisfaction levels.
• Maintain a clean, attractive, and customer-friendly store environment .
• Build long-term relationships with regular customers to enhance loyalty and retention .

C. Team Leadership & Staff Management

• Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate store staff and sales associates .
• Create staff schedules to ensure smooth daily operations .
• Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and conduct periodic appraisals.
• Organize regular team meetings to communicate sales goals, store updates, and expectations.

D. Inventory & Stock Control

• Oversee inventory management , ensuring sufficient stock levels to meet customer demands.
• Conduct stock audits and monitor product movement to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to manage timely stock replenishment .
• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing inventory.

E. Store Operations & Compliance

• Ensure proper execution of visual merchandising and store layout guidelines .
• Oversee cash handling, billing processes, and daily reconciliations .
• Ensure the store complies with company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements .
• Manage maintenance and repairs to keep the store in top operational condition.

F. Marketing & Promotions

• Plan and execute in-store marketing activities, discounts, and festive offers .
• Collaborate with the marketing team to increase brand visibility and footfall .
• Monitor competitor strategies and adapt business plans accordingly.

G. Reporting & Coordination

• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to higher management.
