The ideal candidate should have experience in sales or servicing of electrical components and industrial equipment.Key Responsibilities :- Identify and develop business opportunities for electrical components in industrial and commercial sectors.- Build and maintain relationships with customers, understand their requirements, and provide appropriate solutions.- Provide technical support, product demonstrations, and presentations to clients.- Handle after-sales service, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical components.- Work closely with the internal sales and service teams to meet targets.- Conduct market research to understand competitor activities and customer needs.- Prepare and submit sales/service reports and documentation.- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Diploma/Bachelor s degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.- 2-5 years of experience in sales or service of electrical components.- Strong technical knowledge of electrical products such as motors, drives, transformers, circuit breakers, etc.- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.- Ability to work independently and travel frequently within the assigned territory.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Preferred Qualifications :- Experience in industrial automation or electrical component distribution.- Knowledge of local markets in Bangalore, Pune, and Hyderabad.- Prior experience in working with OEMs and distributors.
