We 're Hiring: HR Intern | Chandni Chowk, Bavdhan ,Pune
Responsibilities:

Counsel students on training programs & career opportunities

Handle admissions, documentation, and lead follow-ups

Source and screen candidates via job portals

Conduct short telephonic interviews

Coordinate with broking partners for placements

Use CRM tools to track candidate progress Share brochures & manage daily outreach via WhatsApp

Duration: 6 months or 1 year (choose as per your availability)

Skills and Competencies

Strong interest in Human Resources management and practices .
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
Eagerness to learn, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude.

As an HR Intern, you will assist in various functions such as recruitment, employee engagement, payroll support, HR operations, and compliance, while learning how HR contributes to organizational success.
