- Designation: Sales Manager- Educational Qualification: Bachelor s Degree- Required Work Experience: 2 to 6 years in Life Insurance - Securities BackgroundRoles and Responsibilities:- The incumbent will formulate and implement sales plans for partners to achieve business targets of the sales unit. Lead, motivate, and train partners.- Set and monitor clear objectives to achieve agreed sales targets for partners.
-Help partners generate and track leads, and close sales.- Help partners upsell and cross-sell to customers based on need analysis.- Help partners facilitate their training on an ongoing basis to ensure a productive channel at all times.- Take regular feedback from partners and customers regarding satisfaction with the selling process and products.- Review sales plans of partners and support their growth.- The employee will be on the payroll of Kotak Life but will be seated in the premises of Kotak Securities.CTQ:- Qualification: Minimum Graduate- Relevant Experience: > 24 months in Open Architecture, Banca-securities channel partner - Industry Background: Open Architecture, Banca- Performance Track: At least one rating of AE/OS or equivalent in the last 3 years.- BE/PME rating in the last 3 years is strictly not acceptable.
