Female Sales And Marketing Executive

Job description: We are looking for a dynamic Female Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team and be the voice of our brand. Key Responsibilities

• Lead Calling & Follow-ups& Call leads generated daily, understand customer needs, pitch products/services, and convert leads into sales.
• Deal Closing& Confidently handle objections and finalize sales to meet monthly targets.
• CRM & Funnel Management& Maintain and update lead status in our sales funnel/CRM system.
• Social Media Engagement& Participate in short product videos, reels, and photo shoots for brand promotion (basic camera comfort required).
• Customer Relationship Management& Build rapport with clients for repeat sales and referrals.
• Collaboration& Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

Requirements

• Female candidate&
• Excellent communication skills in& English & Hindi& (additional languages are a plus).
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
• Basic understanding of sales funnels and social media.
• Comfortable appearing on camera for social media content.
• Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or digital marketing preferred (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).
