Marketing Executive - Social Media - IT (1-2 Yrs) Bangalore (Marketing/PR/Advertising)

Key Responsibilities:- Assist in creating, curating, and managing published content (images, videos, written posts) across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)- Monitor social media accounts for engagement and respond to queries/comments in a timely manner- Research trending topics, hashtags, and content formats to boost brand visibility- Support in planning and executing paid campaigns (if applicable)- Track and report analytics on social media performance and suggest improvements- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media and digital marketingRequirements:- Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or related field- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their features- Creative mindset with good communication and writing skills- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, or Meta Business Suite (optional but preferred)- Eagerness to learn and stay up to date with digital trends- Ability to work both independently and as part of a teamBonus Skills (Nice to Have):- Familiarity with basic photo/video editing- Understanding of SEO and content strategy- Experience with content scheduling tools (ref:updazz.com)
