This role in involves sourcing, mentoring, and leading a team to promote life insurance policies. Success in this role is measured through client acquisition, retention, and sales performance.Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets and increase market share.
-Lead, train, and manage a team of sales executives to maximize their potential and achieve their objectives.- For guidance, supervision and control over the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy in respect to their life insurance business.
-For the quality of life insurance policies sourced by the Agent /IM under his/ her hierarchy.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.Qualifications:- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry.
-Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
