Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement:&
o Assist in maintaining regular communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing a high level of customer satisfaction.&
o Support the team in building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring repeat business and loyalty.&
o HNI Clients Registration during Events.& &

Sales Strategy and Execution:&
o Build and execute sales funnels for specific events/IPs.&
o Meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets via strategic outreach.&

Revenue Tracking and Reporting:&
o Help track project revenue and assist in ensuring that revenue targets are met.&
o Assist in preparing and sharing regular revenue reports and performance metrics with the team.&

Event Support and Coordination:&
o Assist in planning and coordinating client events, ensuring logistics, registrations, and event materials are organized and delivered smoothly.&
o Support the team on event days, providing hands-on assistance and ensuring all client needs are met on-site.&

Event Sponsorship and Business Development:&
o Pitching Project to Potential Sponsors.&
o Support in reaching out to potential clients, preparing proposals, and assisting with sales pitches.&
o Contribute to the creation of sales materials and presentations to attract new clients and business opportunities.&

Process Improvement Suggestions:&
o Observe and suggest improvements to customer engagement processes and revenue strategies, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.&

This internship offers you the opportunity to learn and grow in customer relations, sales, and business development while making meaningful contributions to the organization s growth.
REQUIRED SKILL SET:&
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).&
Strong email communication and professional writing skills.&
Exceptional fluency in English (both spoken and written).&
Comfort with handling numbers and data analysis.&
Excellent communication and persuasive skills.&
Collaborative team player with the ability to work well with others.&
Strong academic background with a passion for continuous learning.&
High attention to detail and a proactive, eager-to-learn attitude.&
Driven, ambitious, and goal-oriented with a desire to achieve success.
Internship Tenure:&
Minimum duration of 3 months (Extendable as Mutually Agreed).&
This a full time, on-site role.
