Qualification : 12th Pass & Graduation.&

Timing& : 10 am To 7pm.&
Salary& Package:& 14K To 20K.& Fixed salary
Rotational Off&

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation and Customer Outreach

  • Contact potential customers through outbound calls based on leads provided by the company.
  • Understand customer needs, health concerns, and lifestyle patterns before suggesting products.
  • Follow up with leads, maintain engagement, and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Manage a healthy pipeline of prospects to meet sales targets.

2. Product Promotion and Information Sharing

  • Provide detailed knowledge about Ayurvedic products, including:
    • Herbal formulations
    • Supplements and tonics
    • Skin, hair, and wellness products
    • Immunity boosters and detoxifiers
  • Highlight key benefits, natural ingredients, and Ayurvedic principles behind each product.
  • Educate customers about dosage, usage guidelines, and precautions .

3. Sales and Conversion

  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets .
  • Use persuasive selling techniques while maintaining a customer-first approach .
  • Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer health needs.
  • Handle objections effectively and provide convincing product explanations .

4. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build long-term customer relationships by offering personalized health solutions .
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and return requests promptly.
  • Maintain an updated database of customer interactions and purchase history.
  • Encourage repeat purchases and loyalty by offering exclusive deals and packages .

5. Coordination and Reporting

  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to stay updated on new product launches and campaigns.
  • Report daily call performance, sales data, and customer feedback to the team leader.
  • Suggest improvements based on customer insights to enhance product offerings.

Required Skills and Competencies

1. Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages.
  • Ability to explain Ayurvedic concepts clearly and confidently .
  • Engaging and polite phone etiquette.

2. Sales and Persuasion Skills

  • Strong ability to convince and influence potential buyers .
  • Knowledge of cross-selling and upselling techniques .
  • Confidence in pitching premium Ayurvedic products effectively.

3. Product Knowledge
