Job Description
1. Plan and visit branches weekly; meet each branch monthly. 2. Generate and follow up on leads via joint calls, catchment activities, and branch resources. 3. Track and review branch and resource performance, motivate teams, and document meetings. 4. Ensure 2 customer calls/appointments per day, handle document collection, and check KYC. 5. Submit files for processing, coordinate with customers/valuers, and seek referrals. 6. Cross-sell financial products and monitor lead progress. (ref:updazz.com)
