B2C Sales Professional

Position Overview:
We are looking for experienced B2C sales professional who are fluent in Telugu and reside in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana. In this full-time role, you will receive qualified leads and focus on client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets. No cold calling is required; all leads will be provided. Key Responsibilities:

• Contact and convert provided leads into clients through effective communication and relationship-building.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets ( 2.5 to 4 lakhs).
• Present and pitch our legal services to potential clients in a persuasive manner.
• Collaborate with the legal team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue generation.
• Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance to the management team.

Who Can Apply?

• Minimum 1 year of experience in B2C sales (preferably in financial, legal, insurance, telecom, or service-based industries).
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Fluency in Telugu (spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Candidates residing in Andhra Pradesh or Telangana will be given preference.
