Job descriptionAs a Telesales Executive, you will be the voice of Diamond Hands LLP, helping potential clients understand our offerings. You will play a critical role in onboarding new clients, promoting our trading platform, and ensuring a smooth demat and trading account opening process.Key Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls to retail clients to promote demat and trading account openings.- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into active clients.- Explain the features, benefits, and brokerage plans of our trading platform.- Follow up with leads generated through marketing campaigns.- Resolve queries related to account setup, services, and trading processes.- Liaise with operations and support teams to ensure timely account activation.- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversions, and customer feedback using CRM tools.- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Required Skills and Qualifications- Graduate degree preferred.- 1-4 years of experience in telesales, ideally in stockbroking, BFSI, or fintech sectors.- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Gujarati, etc.).- Basic understanding of stock markets, demat accounts, and trading platforms.- NISM Series-VIII (Equity Derivatives) certification is a plus.Perks and Benefits:- You ll be paid a competitive salary.- Free beverages and snacks in the office, with a monthly networking brunch with professionals from various fields like design, law, psychology, etc.- Peers who push each other for growth, quality, and, of course, fun.
