Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and dynamic Female Sales Trainee to join our team for selling refurbished laptops. This is a part-time role that offers the opportunity to learn and grow in the sales field while working with a leading company in the tech industry. As a sales trainee, you will be responsible for promoting and selling high-quality refurbished laptops to individual customers and businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales & Customer Engagement:
  • Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable refurbished laptops.
  • Demonstrate product features, specifications, and benefits to customers.
  • Offer guidance on the advantages of buying refurbished laptops, including cost savings, sustainability, and performance.
  • Provide post-sale support and follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Product Knowledge & Training:
  • Attend training sessions to understand the product range, including laptop models, specifications, warranties, and refurbishment processes.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge to stay updated on the latest models and features.
• Sales Goals & Targets:
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets set by the sales manager.
  • Track your daily sales activities, including calls, leads, and sales conversions.
• Customer Service & Relationship Building:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns with professionalism.
• Marketing & Promotion:
  • Assist in promotional activities, such as in-store events, online campaigns, or community outreach programs.
  • Share knowledge of ongoing promotions and offers to maximize sales.
• Administrative & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate sales records, including customer details, product sales, and feedback.
  • Report sales progress and customer feedback to the sales manager.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team to meet collective targets.
  • Participate in team meetings, share insights, and help brainstorm new sales strategies.
