The role involves setting up, operating, and monitoring machines to produce precision components while maintaining quality and safety standards. Required Skills Knowledge of CNC machine operations (turning/milling). Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring instruments. Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Basic troubleshooting and problem solving skills. Willingness to work in shifts. Qualification ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or related field.
