Title: Strategic Alliances (HR/ TA)Experience : 2 to 6 years Work Mode: HybridJob Description: Responsibilities:- Identification of Leads & Business opportunities by innovative strategies- Pre-Sales to qualify and propose a custom pitch to the target audience- Outreach programs through Emails, Calls & meetings to draw strategic business development / alliances.- Product Demonstrations and Query handling/ resolution- Effective Onboarding of new clients / partners and managing their relationshipDesired profile:- MBA in Marketing / HR from a good institute- Must have existing key account relationships in the HR sector ( with CHRO/ Head of Talent acquisition/ etc. )- Impeccable Communication skills- A presentable and pleasing personality who is Confident to strike a conversation with CXO levels- Very comfortable with Web / chat / conferencing facilities (G Meet / Skype / MS Team / etc.)Result oriented professional- 1 - 5 years of Prior relevant experience in a Technology Product / SaaS startup- May require to travel (About 20%)Additional InformationHighly preferred- Candidates having prior experience of sales / relationship management / CRM to HR (Human Resources) domain (Eg.
