Required Telecaller - Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls for customer support, lead generation, sales, or debt collection depending on company requirements. The role involves connecting with customers, maintaining client relationships, providing information about products/services, and achieving assigned targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction .

Key Responsibilities

A. Outbound Calling & Lead Generation

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close deals.

B. Inbound Call Handling

• Answer incoming calls from customers and resolve their queries promptly.
• Provide detailed information about products, services, offers, and policies.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the concerned department if needed.

C. Debt Collection&

• Contact customers with pending payments and remind them about outstanding dues.
• Negotiate payment arrangements and explain repayment plans clearly.
• Maintain professional and polite communication while handling sensitive conversations.

D. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Update and manage the customer database regularly.
• Record details of customer interactions and ensure proper documentation.

E. Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on calls, leads, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the sales, accounts, and operations teams for smooth workflow.
• Share customer feedback and insights to improve business strategies.
