Data Entry And Accounting Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry:

• Enter daily business transactions, invoices, receipts, and other financial data into accounting systems (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Excel).
• Maintain databases with up-to-date and accurate information.
• Organize and store documents digitally and/or physically.
• Review data for errors, correct discrepancies, and ensure data integrity.
• Manage data backups and archiving procedures.

Accounting Support:

• Assist in processing accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain general ledger entries under the supervision of senior accountants.
• Reconcile bank statements, vendor statements, and customer accounts.
• Help prepare financial reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and tax summaries.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
• Generate monthly reports on financial data as required.

Administrative & Compliance Support:

• Maintain organized filing systems for invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other financial records.
• Support statutory compliance tasks such as GST, TDS, payroll records, etc., depending on jurisdiction.
• Communicate with vendors and clients regarding invoice status, payments, and other queries.
