Job Summary:We are looking for energetic and customer-focused BPO Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions efficiently and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and adherence to quality standards. The role may involve voice (inbound/outbound), chat, email, or back-office support based on the assigned process.Key Responsibilities:- Handle customer queries and complaints via calls, emails, or chat (based on process).- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and methods.- Meet or exceed customer service quality and productivity targets.- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or supervisors.- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.- Stay updated with process knowledge, product details, and system changes.- Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.- Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays (as per business need).Qualifications:- Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or Bachelor s Degree (preferred).- Freshers welcome; experience in a BPO or customer service role is a plus.- Excellent communication skills in [English/regional language].- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM systems, email, etc.)Preferred Skills:- Experience in international voice/non-voice process.- Knowledge of CRM tools or ticketing systems.- Typing speed of 30-40 WPM (for chat or email support roles).- Multilingual skills are a plus (for regional or international support).
