Job Description
Experience: 1-3 yearsImportant points to Note -1. Excellent communication skills required2. Permanent WFH OpportunityKey Responsibilities:1. Client Engagement and Requirement Analysis2. Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and project requirements.3. Conduct meetings with potential clients to gather detailed technical and functional requirements.4. Maintain a thorough understanding of the company s products, solutions, and services.5. Solution Development and Proposal Management6. Develop customized solutions and proposals tailored to the client s needs.7. Prepare and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions.8. Respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Information (RFIs)..- Market and Product Knowledge9. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market needs.10. Gather feedback from prospects and relay it to the product development team.Support Sales Teams11. Assist in negotiations by providing detailed technical insights.12. Support sales closures by addressing technical objections and concerns.Qualifications and Skills:Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, IT, Engineering, or related fields.Experience: 1-3 years in a pre-sales, technical sales, or similar role (varies by level of position).Technical Knowledge:1.Familiarity with [specific products, solutions, or industries].2. Understanding of CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce).3. Basic technical understanding relevant to the company s offerings (e.g., software, hardware, cloud solutions).Skills :- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.- Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
