Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant responsible for recording, summarizing, analyzing, and reporting financial transactions of the business. The ideal candidate should ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all financial records and reports. The accountant will play a critical role in regulatory reporting, tax compliance, and providing insights for business decisions .

Key Responsibilities

A. Financial Record Keeping

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Ensure accurate ledger postings and reconciliations of accounts.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting files and records .

B. Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements .
• Analyze financial data to provide insights for management decision-making .
• Generate reports for oversight agencies, regulators, and internal stakeholders .

C. Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PF, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations .
• Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns and statutory reports .
• Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and regulatory bodies as required.

D. Budgeting & Forecasting Support

• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning .
• Monitor expenses and revenue to ensure alignment with budgets and forecasts .
• Provide insights on cost-saving opportunities and financial efficiencies .

E. Coordination & Internal Control

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations .
• Implement and maintain internal controls and financial procedures .
• Assist auditors during internal and external audits .
