Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests . The role involves resolving issues, providing information, and ensuring customer satisfaction . Key Responsibilities

A. Customer Interaction & Support

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media .
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally .
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies .

B. Record Keeping & Documentation

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback .
• Update CRM systems and internal databases accurately.
• Prepare reports on customer queries, issues resolved, and follow-ups .

C. Problem-Solving & Escalation

• Identify and resolve common customer issues independently .
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisors or relevant departments.
• Suggest improvements to processes and services based on customer feedback .

D. Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Follow up with customers post-resolution to ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in customer satisfaction surveys and feedback collection .
