- Job Description - TASC Relationship Manager- Job Title: TASC Relationship Manager- Location: Bangalore- Department: Liabilities - TASC- Reporting to: Branch Head/TASC Vertical Head- Experience: 2-6 years in Banking/Institutional Liability Sales (TASC/GBG/GIB)Job Objective:To acquire, manage, and grow the TASC (Trusts, Associations, Societies, Clubs) segment by offering customized banking solutions. This role focuses on liability generation through acquisition and relationship management of institutional accounts like NGOs, Educational Institutions, Clubs, Societies, Religious Trusts, etc.Key Responsibilities:Acquisition & Onboarding:- Source and acquire new TASC accounts through field visits, references, and lead generation.- Onboard institutions like NGOs, Temples, Churches, Societies, Schools, RWAs, and Religious or Political Organizations.- Pitch suitable Current Account products as per customer profile.Relationship Management:- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in institutions.- Ensure regular interaction, service delivery, and cross-selling of banking solutions.Sales & Revenue:- Drive liability growth (Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits) from TASC accounts.- Achieve monthly/quarterly targets on inflows, account activations, and income generation.Compliance & Documentation:- Ensure complete KYC documentation, internal approvals, and compliance with RBI guidelines.- Coordinate with legal, operations, and compliance teams for smooth account onboarding.Product Knowledge:- Promote digital banking products like CMS, Bulk Upload, Payment Gateways, and UPI.- Conduct demos and product training for institutional clients.Key Skills Required:- Strong local market knowledge (TASC client base)- Proven experience in Institutional/Trust account sourcing- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Understanding of compliance/KYC for institutional accounts- Goal-oriented with a customer-first approachQualifications:- Graduate (mandatory); MBA preferred- Minimum 2-6 years of experience in banking, preferably in TASC or Institutional LiabilitiesPreferred Industry Background:- Small Finance Bank/Private Bank/Cooperative Bank- Candidates with exposure to Government & Institutional Business (GIB), Liability Sales, or TASC verticalInterested candidates can share their resume on 9109961225.
